Product Overview

Trimellitate esters are synthesized through the esterification reaction of trimellitic anhydride with monohydric or polyhydric alcohols. Characterized by high flash points and low volatility, these esters are particularly suitable for high-temperature applications, including use as base stocks for high-temperature chain oils, air compressor oils, and high-low temperature greases. They can also be blended with PAO (polyalphaolefin) and premium mineral oils to serve as base fluids for various full-synthetic or semi-synthetic lubricants.
