This product is an anionic acrylic resin, functioning as a low-temperature self-crosslinking polymer. It is widely utilized in the leather industry as a finishing agent, while in the fiberglass sector it serves dual roles as both a film-forming agent and binder for manufacturing needled felt filter fabrics.
Product Performance
It has good heat and cold resistance, strong adhesion, excellent film strength and elongation, and a comfortable and natural feel.
This series of products is divided into four varieties:
★ R1 resin is a soft resin that forms a soft and non stick film, with good elasticity. It can maintain the natural grain and hand feel of leather and is suitable for use as a bottom layer coating. It can also be used for film formation and bonding of filter cloth in the glass fiber industry.
★ R2 resin is a medium hard resin with moderate elongation and tensile strength, comfortable and natural hand feel, non stick to the board during ironing, and suitable for top layer coating. It can also be used for film formation and bonding of filter cloth in the glass fiber industry.
★ R3 resin is a soft resin with high solid content, suitable for use as a base coating. It can also be used for film formation and bonding of filter cloth in the glass fiber industry.
R4 resin is a medium hard resin with high solid content, suitable for use as a top coating. It can also be used for film formation and bonding of filter cloth in the glass fiber industry.

Packaging and Storage
★ Packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 50 kilograms per drum.
★ Store and transport non hazardous materials in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place at a temperature of 5-35 ℃, and store them in a sealed environment. The storage period is one year.
