Product Overview
This product is an additive for compound coolants based on Organic Acid Technology (OAT). The compound is prepared from a single additive, FY8020.Coolants produced with this compound provide superior rust and corrosion protection for metals in both light- and heavy-duty vehicle cooling systems, including solder, cast aluminum, cast iron, steel, brass, and copper. It delivers particularly ideal anti-corrosion performance for wet cylinder liners in heavy-duty engines.The compound is biodegradable. Engine coolants formulated with this additive offer outstanding performance, user-friendliness, environmental sustainability, high production efficiency, and low manufacturing costs. With a simplified production process, it enables compliance with the GB 29743.1-2022 standard while reducing equipment investment and labor costs.
Product Application
Mainly used for producing ethylene glycol type light and heavy load engine coolant. Based on the existing model coolant corrosion inhibitor composite, the vehicle coolant blended according to the product blending process can meet the following domestic and international product standards as well as OEM product industry standard performance requirements:

Characteristics of composite agents and corresponding coolant products
★ Long lifespan:
The use of organic acid technology greatly reduces the consumption rate of additives and extends the service life of coolant products. The corresponding coolant product can have a service life of 5 years.
★ Rust and anti-corrosion performance:
Containing efficient organic acid additives, it has ideal rust prevention ability for various metals in the engine cooling system. Specifically, the anti-corrosion ability of wet cylinder liners for heavy-duty vehicles has been greatly improved.
★ Aluminum alloy protection characteristics:
Based on the adsorption characteristics of organic acids and unique silicate aluminum alloy protection technology, it can prevent cavitation corrosion and corrosion damage caused by scaling on the heat transfer surface of aluminum alloy materials.
★ Anti scaling characteristics:
High performance polymer anti scaling agents endow the coolant with superior anti scaling ability at high temperatures, avoiding radiator blockage caused by scaling and extending the service life of the engine cooling system.
